Some experiences with 2 hosts :)

After having some troubles with my last hosts i decided to check out 2-3 other hosts.

First of all: HomeTownHosting

Having a question about changing mainaccount i decided to e-mail them to request that and they responded very quickly and were very helpfull. There weren't any complications during this change. Greg was responding very quick.

For the rest i didn't need their support yet as i didn't noticed any downtime yet.

Second of All: ResellerNexus & HostNexus

Up time so far is just great, i have both CPanel as Plesk reseller account with them and it's great so far.

Had questions about transferring cpanel account from old host to them and they responded very fast, as i had a bit hurry transferring i decided to try it which failed 1st in a test run and later in the real run with problems with the homedir. It was the hugeness of that dir that was the fault making. After some tries it worked with help of Laurence who has been helping good in this situation and with the checking of everything being good after that transfer.

Then a other problem occured at some peoples places: DNS Solving, i asked several people to check it but some said not online and some couldn't get on it like myself. E-mailed them to check it aswell, Laurence was once again quick with response and everywhere he checked it it was up.So after awhil it started to solve at my place and it seemed that it were some ISP's solving the DNS very slow.

Also no downtime and an excellent support from them.

Wanted to share this great support experience with 2 outstanding companies.

Thanks for the reviews. I've been looking for a reseller account, lookslike I'll have to add HomeTownHosting to my list of potentials.

They've got some very well priced reseller plans.

Sounds good

How long have you been with the Nexus hosts now?

I just got a reseller account with Hometownhosting yesterday. I own my own server but I need a host where I could put some freebie websites that I have. They seem good from thier forums and the signup was painless.
