Honestly, I'd recommend paypal over 2co any day, no matter the reason.

If you're selling services, you're covered. Paypal will not honor ANY service based chargeback.

Paypal delivers money in a timely fashion (sans of course e-checks, which STILL get delivered faster than 2co).

Paypal will work with you in regards to chargebacks, unlike 2co who refuses to honor the terms and conditions set forth by their merchants. I've actually had to deal with both, and paypal once they looked at my TOS was a great deal more pleasant to work with than 2co. Of course, anyone would be.

As someone said, fraudguardian works. It's absolutely great. The ONLY problem you'll have with FG and paypal is the card. They're not going to recognize the card number, because they don't ever see it. Usually they can give you a pretty good idea of fraud though.

Read their TOS regarding chargebacks for yourself.
Yes, it's true, and if the service based chargeback DOES go through, all you have to do is contact them and tell them that it was a service.
Now that's not a "green light" as it were to do everything evil. In fact, they keep track pretty damn good, and if you get enough chargebacks, you get no paypal, pretty simple
