I had a couple problems in the last few weeks that got me thinking about leaving Hostdime for another provider. I have a resellers account with them and a few thing bothered me including being down this weekend due to the move that happened.
I know these forums have had a lot of negative things posted about hostdime and I've been a big supporter of them and even with reading the things in past I read, I still decided to go with them about a year ago. Well all and all the service has been great and in a year I've had no down time what so ever until this month and then I asked sales a question and got kind of a snotty answer so it made me think that it was time to move on and maybe the postings were correct. But to be fair I thought before I made a move to actually send an email to Manny. Well as usual he came through 110% and I'm back to being happy.
I have to say to the people looking at hosting providers, I have 10 sites hosted on them and to be honest have not been down 1 day in the last year expect for the data center move this weekend. I know it's posted that there support is lacking but I've had 100% good luck with it and the responses have always been prompt.
I just wanted to pass on my good experience's with hostdime with everyone else. There prices have been great and their support has been top notch from my point of view.

Does HostDime host with DedicatedNow? (In reference to original comment about downtime over the weekend move)

A bunch of their shared servers before they opened up their own dc were from dedNOW. I guess they did not move all clients from those servers to their own.

All in all, Hostdime has been pretty solid with support despite the new dc changes.

Yes as xgravity said I believe they still have some of us on those servers. But so far everything has been great and I've been with them now a little over a year.

I have a dedicated server with them, I know that my experience is a whole lot better than with the resellers experience. Manny does get a bit testy sometimes but they do bend over backwards to fix anything that may arise. They also offer a lot of addons that you won't find anywhere else.
I think they grew a little bit fast but now are getting things undercontrol well. I'll be there for a while.
