Customers are currently supported by email and forum only.

The domain name we use as our nameserver for easy transfer of accounts.

Account Transfer:
Buyer will be responsible for moving all accounts to buyers servers. We will provide root access to our server once payment is received.

Terms:
Buyer must provide our clients with a high level of service and support.
Buyer must host all clients at least until term ends (ie - not cutting off yearly clients if they have already paid us).

How can they be offered unlimited diskspace if there is no such thing?

In hindsight I would never have offered unlimited diskspace but before getting own server the reseller (Donhosts) offered unlimited diskspace so it was passed on. As with most things you learn as you go...

I agree with you that unlimited anything is not a good idea. The total diskspace used by all clients is 15GB. When renewal is due you could move the clients on to plans with a limit on diskspace. It was something I was going to do myself but never got round to it.

As a rough guide about 86% of accounts use under 50MB of diskspace and 93 % of accounts use under 100MB diskspace. If you are serious and require further data I can provide a complete breakdown for each account.

Same here as well as number of support tickets you handle each month.

It is difficult to give an exact answer on the number of support tickets as it is handled via email. As a rough guide (Just counting the emails) I would say 40-60 per month including sales enquiries.
