I am planning to subscribe to a hosting plan, but what i need is a lot of bandwidth and only a little web space is needed.

Are there any suitable plans for me?

Just wondering are there any speed diiference in US if i were to buy a hosting plan from an asia server rather than a server from the US?

I would suggest using the hostquote feature at the top of this site. Put in the specs you want and people will send you quotes.

I guess there is some speed difference. if the distance to the host server is quite far, the ping will be big, so the speed is lower.

You can find affordable plans with enough bandwidth for you to start. Check the reviews here and use the host qoute feature like mentioned above. Take your time and you will find the right plan for you.

I tried to access the getquote function but the maximium Bw they are offering is less than 15 GB.

I am looking for BW of more than 20 GB per month or unmetered will be best, the space is not a problem.

While unmetered exists (unlimited doesn't) often than not its a lie, don't look for unmetered because most often that means that its a lie and your host is unreliable.

As for HostQuote, well you get offers from several companies, one of them is bound to have more than 20 GB.

More than 20GB could be any number....Do you have an estimate of how much you will need? It will help us point you in the right directions.

Well, it depends where you live, either asia or North America. sually I recommend hosts in the US, from my experience, they are more reliable and have better quality.
