Help...please

Hi I have a few questions, I'm kind of a newbie at this whole reselling thing, so maybe you could help me answer a couple of quetions I have.

I am looking into becoming a reseller, I don't want to target big businesses or anyone looking for major site just yet, I wanted to start out small with businesses looking for static pages and people looking for the same, just to get a feel for everything than move onto bigger sites.

I was wondering though, with me just being a person and not a so called "business" meaning I have no company name, no 800 number or anything of the like, do I need to have this?

Also I saw this in another thread and was wondering if it was something I need be concerned with:

Quote:
Maybe not unforseen but some that I see forgotten from time to time are;
- Business Licence
- Any Federal, State, Provincial (for us Canadians) taxes.
- Accountant, if you incorporate your books must be look over and signed off by an accountant.
Should I be concerned with getting and looking into these things?

I know some of these questions are silly, but I'm sure everyone has needed these answered at some point or another.

Thanks for your time and help!

well depending where you are from, basically it is just a good idea to register a business name and follow the standard legal procedures for tax etc....
i am sure there will be a chamber of commerce or whatever close to you and they will generally provide you with all the info you need..
