I purchased 2 license for the skin Ace from cpthemes.com. I no longer need them and would like to sale both for $55 via paypal or each for $30.

Tyler the owner of cpthemes.com said the following about selling my 2 license:

A response has been made by Tyler Walters in service request ID 11.

Yes you can just submit met a ticket with the persons information.

Payment made via paypal, skin sent upon payment received and ticket submitted to Tyler at cpthemes.com to have license updated.

They really need to edit their site then:

Licenses are valid for servers operated by you. Licenses may not be resold nor preinstalled on servers being resold or otherwise offered to your customers. Licensed may not be shared between group of individuals or companies.

I've submitted a ticket to him so he can post here and explain to everyone what I said is the truth.

With this particular customer we were more then willing to bend that rule. We authorize him to resell his two licenses. Whom ever decides to purchase these licenses please send me and email to admin@cpthemes.com with all your information and new login and password. Henry will also need to submit a ticket with same information before we close his account and open yours just for verification.

One skin sold to member sloop. Support ticket sent to Tyler to have one license transfered over to sloop.

After I made this post and it was clearly OK'd by the owner he now claims I have to sale both license together and can not sale each one to 2 different people as stated here:

Both licenses must be sold together as you own a 1st server license and a 2nd server license. Not two 1st server licenses.

I paid your price for the license. You never said I had to sale them together and my post clearly states together or single. I think that's pretty crappy of you to do that but if that's what you state then fine, give both license to the guy.

But mark my words, any comments on your company will never be good in the future.

Finish the transaction for the guy who I sent you the information about and we are done.

So as stated sloop has just bought both license for $30 bucks.

I stated you can sell the licenses, you have a one server license and a two server license not two one server licenses. You have one account and i said you can transfer it. Feel free to linger on this subject as much as you feel the need to. I sent you a response to that ticket stating i don't care about the $10 and you can sell the two licenses alone i just want you on your way.

Thread reported to mod to be closed. No need to be open since I paid for 2 license and lost time and money dealing with this company.

As stated sloop bought 2 license for $30 bucks. Ticket was submitted hours ago and payment was received from sloop.
