Merak Mail Server component

Hi,
is there any one who used merak mail server (professional) component or any knowledge of it?
I am using Merak mail component, it keep tracks of bouncing/undeliverable mails by sending it to the sender address with reason of not delivering the mail. I want to make this process automated i.e whenever there's an underliverable mail it will store in database. I want to use theri API's in vb. Can any one have any idea of it or it is possible using their API's?

I've heard of it, but only barely. I hope someone else can give you a better answer. I know of a webpage which lists two or three outfits using it. You'll have to search through the matrix yourself, but here's the link:

Are you talking about Merak Mail server or some component provided by them?

Unless I'm mistaken, it's a Courier variant, lots of those out there. I also thought Merak was commercial software, I would imagine they could provide support?

Yes. Merak Mail server has a complete Application programming interface that can be used from any programming or scripting language that supports COM. You can find more about it on Merak Mail WebSite .
