I have only used their backorders. Their marketplace does not look appealing.

Have you tried calling them?

pool backorder service is great, but the marketplace isn't that great and some people fall into fraud using it.

i'd say use sedo.com its free or afternic.com / greatdomains.com

I thought pool handles the escrow? Don't they verify the funds BEFORE they transfer ownership?

Their (Pool) terms say something about when you buy a domain through them it cannot be transferred for 90 days. That may be why they have not listed it yet. Seems they have your money though.

they did verify but seems the buyer requested a chargeback or something, not sure.

Pool request to transfer the domain to namescout to make sure such fraud doesn't happen and they can recover the domain in such cases, not sure what happend to o0.net case
