Two-A-T Services acquires IntroHosting.com
Two-A-T Services (
http://two-a-t.com), a web hosting and internet services provider based in Wilmington, North Carolina, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the New York based website hosting operation IntroHosting.com.
Two-A-T Services will merge all IntroHosting accounts into it's own client base and the IntroHosting.com website will be closed with the domain forwarded to the primary Two-A-T Services site. Further specifics of the acquisition were not available at press time.
This acquisition is part of Two-A-T Services ongoing goal to become one of the leaders in the Internet services industry. Other recent hosting acquisitions include EnterprizeHosting.com (May 2004), SpinnaHost.com (March 2004), CheatCN.net (October 2003) and MyHostedWeb.com (June 2003). When asked about his company's future acquisition plans, Two-A-T Services owner Alex Taylor stated "We think of Two-A-T Services clients as family and try to ensure that they get quality services with a personal touch. So, although we are not trying to take over every host in the industry and we don't actively search for those that are selling, we do believe that no hosting client should ever be stranded by the unexpected demise of their provider, or suffer being turned over to a new provider that may not give them quality services. Because of this, we are always interested in potential acquisitions and will pursue them when we are in a position to do so."
About this most recent acquisition, Alex Taylor, said, "We are very happy to be welcoming the IntroHosting customers into our own client family and we look forward to providing them with services equal to or better than their former provider. We will do everything possible to make this transition as transparent as possible for them." Mr. Taylor also made this statement about the former owner of IntroHosting "We wish Leonid the best in his future endeavors and hope he will continue to be part of the Internet industry in some capacity because there are never enough quality leaders!"
Mr. Zatulovsky's feelings about the acquisition, "I wish our clients the best of luck. They are in great hands."
