Great uptime since we have had it up (March or so)(Been in web hosting however since August of 2003). The domain and website are not for sale, so buyer must use their own nameservers for the server. This is also a package deal, nothing will be split up (server fees must be taken over, all customers).
The server costs $75 a month, and has cpanel installed with fantastico.
The revenues per month are around $210 last time we checked, with resellers mostly on monthly reseller accounts.
The current resource usage is 13% of the main hard drive partition of 48GB, and 51GB of bandwidth were used in all of June, and the server has 1000GB per month. So, the used resources are extremely low and this is a great way to just make some easy monthly profits and add to your customer base. Server load is usually between .25 and .50.

All are signed up through paypal subscriptions, so buyer would be responsible for getting the customers to sign up for another payment method.
Terms for the sale include taking over the server and giving us new nameserver to use, agreeing that all customers will be allowed to stay on the server, with their current plans, with no price increases at all for the service. Again, please PM offers and for more detailed info, but this detailed info will not be available until Monday.
We are looking to sell off this server by July 18 or so, as the next $75 monthly payment for the site will be on July 22.
