Hosting Company For Sale

Hi,

We are considering selling our webhost as I cannot provide enough time marketing for it anymore.

The Buyer will recieve:

The whole site design, pages and scripts.
The domain name
*optional reseller acct. to get you started ($15p/m)*
Over 24 ($44) of Mirago advertising funds for marketing

It is all ready to run, just maybe needs a bit of promotional work. The site is listed in major search engines, google, and the mirago advertising places it very high on lots of sites - from this we recieve many hits.

The company is sold without clients (moving all to another server), without monthly server costs - just the entire site, advertising and domain are included. It is ready to go.

Im not sure what price to charge for it all as I know I will not recieve back what we all put into the company. However I'd like to see bids starting from $80, as the design alone is worth a bit.

PM me or email dave@rackfront.com if your interested of would like more information.

The host can be viewed at www.RackFront.com

To answer SWR's question, (hopefully I'm not bashing by doing this), the templates listed "$300 worth" were also listed as free templates on http://webtemplates.ws/ about 3 moths ago.

Now, I can't find them there, but I'm positive they were free a while ago.

Hi 3or4.com,

I'm bidding $70 for the site and will essentially go higher if necessary. Could you pm me your aim, msn or icq contact info so we can further chat online with regards to the site?

Thanks,
Dave

Ok some answers.

I will include the templates offered for customers with the company so you can give them away aswell.

The order script we made ourselves - its just a basic email script that emails the host and the user with confirmation details and then redirects to payment processor according to the plan they choose. Works well, and includes IP address for host so details can be checked for validity - important!

Highest bid I have recieved is $80.
Bidding will close this time tommorow approximately.

Will end now for $125.

Thanks to everyone interested, anymore questions or if you want to discuss further please email me dave@Rackfront.com and ill get back to you asap.

Regards

Where are the templates from?

If I purchase this site, how can I be assured I can distriibute these templates?

The templates were purchased from the admin of 400templates.com with full resell rights. Admitably they are sold there for $30, but original worth is the full $300 as stated on my host page, according to the admin anyway.

These templates were only offered as an extra and so if problems are going to be caused because of this then I am very sorry. It would be very easy to edit and offer something else thoug for your customers. I think it is ok though.

Just like to add that I will also include help with editing scripts and setting up the site so it works for you and your host/payment processor etc.

Thanks to everyone interested.
