We need someone that is an expert with modernbill. we have all of the modules setup for our servers and our enom account. We just need some help making our sales reps/activations dept to make sense of everything. Here is what we need:
1. Write a little text file that will serve as a cheat sheet for our consultants to let them know how to activate accounts in the modernbill system (Please note we have mostly reseller accounts, and need to know if the process works the same all throughout)
2. Activate the system where all we have to do is press the activation email and the user will receive their login details and welcome email after pressing this.
3. Activate and again write a teach me file for our billing manager on how the suspend/autosuspend feature works and help us institute it
4. Give us tips on how to make our order process more automated although we still want to activate accounts after manual verification but have the process be automatic when we are ready to activate
