networksolutions not replying for new domain

hi,

i needed to register a .edu domain for a site of a university that we are doing, It meets all the requirements 4 years graduation and also gives post grad management degrees.

I applied for registration on netsol site 4 days ago, they do not register .edu immediately, they say they will get back in a 2-3 days if there is any query,

Neither have they got back, nor do they reply to emails about the new registration, Their live help always seems to be closed.

what do i do ,
As far as i know only networksolutions registers .edu domains,

Regards

I believe that no other registrar can offer .edu domains.

I'd give them another week. They're notoriously slow.

This just in.

.EDU domains are now available from:

http://www.educause.edu/edudomain/

instead of NSI directly.
