I think they just send it to everyone, even if you are in the hosting business. As soon as their crawler gets your email your on the list and they dont check the list.

There are a lot of visitors here that don't have the ability to see this provider for what they really are. They used to seeing penis spams, and viagra spams. Not webhosting, so they see somehting like that and inspect it. If it hits the right person the right way they will sign up . Its spam, dump it.

Normally if u are a good spammer, u wont even be affected by complaints to spamcop as u would be using open relays or compromised machines.

Those are the worse and the smart at the same time, they use
bot to inspect Forum and Refferers link collecting email to mass
spam.

Smart or stupid they should be put ......... very deep.

I get lots of these. The ones I got are hosted in China somewhere, and I expect the host doesn't care about complaints very much.
