New Server Setup Sound good?

Right now I got 1 server doing it all web, mail, mssql, MySQL, DNS everything.
So I am planning to get a 1/4 rack at my datacenter. With all the new server’s

2 x 2U P4 2.8 GHz 512 cache 800MHz HT with 2 x 80GB raid, dual Intel network, 1 GB DDR ram. – Ill have both of these load balanced for WEBS and all DATABASES.
2 x 1U Intel Pentium 4 2.8GHz / 512MB DDR / 80GB / - these will take over DNS and all Mail services.
1 x 2U P4 2.8 GHz 512 cache 800MHz HT with 6 Hot Swap raid, dual Intel network, 1 GB DDR ram

This is how I am planning on laying it out:
2U webs/ Databases
2U webs/ Databases
1U DNS/ Mail
1U DNS/Mail
2U Backups/ File Server

Do you think that will be a better set up? My idea is I can add more web servers at any time without having to run Mail and DNS on each one.

I think you are over-engineering your DNS and mail setup.
Regarding MySQL, how have you decided to implement replication? It's one-way master/slave, so you won't be able to perform inserts/updates/deletes on both servers without knowing about some of the caveats, such as database generated primary keys (AUTO_INCREMENT). That part of the discussion may belong in something other than the co-location forum, but I just wanted to check and make sure you were aware that there are some limitations you may encounter.

I’m thinking ill have a master / slave mssql set up, the slave will be a replicated copy.

Do you think for the DNS I should jut get a Celeron 2.0 GHz or something?

This is going to become web hosting. The two web servers will be for my network sites that I own they are currently borderline overloading my current server p4 2.8GHz 1GB DDR ram. I am planning on adding more web servers to sell space off of.

So to start I just need a more powerful web server. Then I plan on adding web hosting boxes.

Sounds like you have the bases covered.

Well, it's your money; but for a small but growing operation I would go with a small box like the Celeron 2GHz you mentioned to save on CapEx while still seperating some of your infrastructure functions from your web serving. As far as secondary DNS and MX you could certainly run that on one of your web servers or perhaps your data backup server. Having boxes dedicated to certain functions is great, but my experience tells me that you'll find better ways to spend the money than for that pair of DNS & mail servers.
Have you considered routing and switching?

Having P4 for DNS is better. If you have a P4, they can do more than just DNS later on if you decided it could run some mail and such. Having higher power DNS machine also allows you to take some "DNS Ddos"...
