who will be providing support for the nocster servers ??? will it be your company ? or nocster ???

what about ezzi full management ??? who would be doing that ??

one last question...will the cpanel with an ezzi server include autoinstaller & cpanelsubs ???

Ezzi fully managed (if you buy full management plan) will be by us. Does not matter if you buy Cpanel or not.
Yes Cpanel @ EZZI will include those as we have seprate arrangement with both

I plan to use the server for music downloads. I understand that you set it up ready to go - does the OS include an ftp program such as proftp ?

What I need is to not worry about managing a server, I need to concentrate on my project, I do not plan to install custom software. Can I do this with the basic managed pack?

If you are familiar with Directadmin then yes i would recommend it. If you want us or nocster to show you how to do things that wont be possible (of course documentation will be provided if you want to read it).
If you go with Cpanel we can definatly help you with that in Basic Managed. Normally basic managed includes patches and trouble shooting of problem.
You can have No control panel and get our Managed plan and we can do anything you want to do as long as its reasonable

Reasonable means dont ask us to move 1000 client from another server ENSIM etc and then change script file DB etc. However you can always ask for few or under reasonable range. Our Managed support includes Literally anything you want to do. (we prefer servers with no control panel on them as we have more choice then) And yes that does include installation of scripts moving accounts LIVE CHAT 24/7. Account creation , Domain creation , Email creation and any thing else you need
