About two years ago I signed up for an account with sarvishosting.com. At that time the owner was participating in WHT. During the time I was with sarvihosting the service was mostly fast and professional and seemed honest. I therefore signed up for another account after one year with them. About a month ago I asked them to cancel one of my accounts, and this went through without problems. However, now I have been trying to contact them for a week, both by e-mail and via ICQ (I see them online!) in order to cancel my other account, which I had to move to another hosting company for technical reasons, but there has been no reponse.
Does anyone know what happened to them? Their own website has been taken offline on purpose a long time ago, but until a month ago they were replying e-mails as usual.
I have already moved my website from them, but I need at least to make sure I am not charged again for the account I am not using anymore.
