Assume, for the sake of discussion, that my name is Jim Fields ...

1. On enom I check the availablity of Fields.name, and I'm told that the format is illegal.
2. I check the availability of Jim.Fields.name, and I'm told (a) that it's available, as is (b) the Jim@Fields.name email address.
3. On godaddy I check the availability of Jim.Fields.name, and I'm told that the format is illegal.
4. I check the availability of Fields.name, and I'm told that it is taken.

How can enom offer me Jim@Fields.name if, according to godaddy, Fields.name is unavailable?
