I have seen people offer to create custom templates, or code templates, in exchange for a domain being purchased. look through the advertising section of wht for ideas.
oh, do get enough posts to use PMs before posting a request in the advertising section.

Is Vietnam one of those countries where ordinary citizens can't get credit cards? (Excuse my ignorance about your country!)
If it is then the only solution I can think of is to find someone outside Vietnam who is prepared to pay for the domain for you on their card. Are there any friends/relatives, or friends of friends/relatives, whom you might be able to ask for help?

For Vietnam, credit card is difficult to get if any. banks are very expensive and they require the invoices and all the information, quite a hassle. My Vietnam clients normally ask them Singapore counterparts to pay me. Vietnam not an easy country for any funds transfer.

eNom allows wire transfers (for amounts of 100USD or more I guess).
Vietnam is bad for payments because of the reasons specified above, but you will also get a few problems at any service provider because Vietnam has a very high fraud attempt rate.
Anyway I wish you good luck.

One point that everybody seems to be missing is the fact that the Vietnamese currency is non-convertible. This means that Vietnamese residents can't just walk into a bank and fill in a wire transfer form, or put foreign charges on a credit card. Getting a domain registered through a trusted friend or relative abroad may well be the only option that is available for someone in Vietnam.

Then u r wrong, Vietnam is a very good opportunity, if u miss the opportunity in China, u can try Vietnam. As with all good returns, there are big risks though
