My client needs a design for his site, he bought whoiscart so he wants it to be customized and included in the site aswell. He doesn't want .psd's, he wants the site working, (read: he wants the coding done).

His max budget is $100 and if wanted he can offer a 100mb/2GB cpanel hosting package for a year as a plus.

Payment will be done thru paypal.
The faster the work is done the better.
