MCHost ticket problems

Hi,

I closed my account with MCHost at the start of May, or so I thought...

I went through all the procedures they requested for me to close it down but alas, on the 21st of May, I got charged again. Since then I have opened 4 different tickets each with a number of messages in them and I haven't heard a peep. The tickets however get closed.

Now all I am asking from MCHost is to refund me that money and let me know. Anyone know anyway of actually getting a response from them? Anyone here work for them? Something, anything! I want this sorted so I don't keep getting charged. Last month I got charged on my credit card for going over my limit as I wasn't expecting this money to come out of my account.

I left MCHost because of their unbelievably bad level of service but they have exceeded it this time!

Advice greatly appreciated...

If I was you, I'd ask the bank to intervene. Sometimes they're funny about this kind of thing and refuse to stop the payments. I had a similar issue years ago and ended up just cancelling the card.

Doesn't MCHost visit these forums? Maybe they will notice this thread and step in....sometimes it is just an oversight althought closing tickets usually means they have read them. Good Luck..

I don't think so... he posted here yesterday and he has no "account disabled" thing under his name:

Note that that thread is about MChost billing issues too...

He lurks here, and only posts to answer problems on this, his remote help desk.

Get your bank to stop the payments going out - that would be the best way
