WMS - Ethernet

Basically, I'm going to be running a small (5-50) computers on a network. They are all networked with CAT5e Ethernet and are on a 100MBps connection. My question is, if I use Windows Media Services to broadcast, say a movie, encoded with DivX, what would I need, and would it be feasable? Will there be bandwidth issues??

No, DivX...Um, file size is about 600MB for 2 hours. What ever that is.
