Weird things coming from Lockheed Martin's Proxy and others...

I've noticed that my server is having trouble handling traffic from IP addresses which come from Lockheed Martin's proxy.
I can see all these processes in apache all coming from the the same IP, which inevitably causes apache to crash (as the processes hit about 300) and my load to skyrocket.

I've also noticed this happening from General Electric too, but on a much smaller scale.

Anyone ever hear of anything like this before?
