This is one of the worst hosts ever. They never respond to your emails. If you need anything from them you are on your own and you DONT have shell access.

I am their loyal customer for 2+ years.

I missed a payment by one day and paid for 2 months in advance. I get no response of course and all my domains and my emails remain suspended. nightmare. they dont deserve a buck!

P.S. below is my one and only one ticket that they never responded to since 2006.

Can someone please tell me what is a turnaround time for a request like this? I usually wait a week to a month to have something like this done!
