One of my reseller is based in UK and would like to find out a way he can accept payment for hosting.

Which merchant service do you think he will be able to provide to his client?

goto http://www.worldpay.com (think thats right). It's a uk based firm and i think they do good rates. A lot of Uk Webhosts use them.

Second that. Excellent rates, and do currency conversion for you. However you need a business account to use them (a sole trader will do)
