Need Opinion: On Fiber and Unlimited Fiber Optics (UFO)
On Fiber and Unlimited Fiber Optics (UFO). Does anyone know much about these providers? Are they low quality, medium, etc? I have a BGP multi-homed mix of ATT, SBC, SureWest and curious about these other 2 I haven't heard of very much.
Are they like Cogent or Williams where the routing and bandwidth quality is just crap?Adam - AQORN

last I heard, On Fiber was only a transport provider, no layer 3 network at all. Not sure about UFO.

On Fiber is doing some IP. I dont remember who they are getting it from. I dont know about UFO.
It makes sense that if you have an ethernet network in a metropolitan area you would also offer the connectivity.

OnFiber is InterNAP's MAN partner, so I would blindly assume they're at least decent

i wouldn't =] a lot of companies do business with each other, see xo/lvlt or bunch of people/wcg and quality (or shoddiness) does not necessarily rub off on your business partners.
