Paypal question

Hi,

I got some doubts with paypal can anyone help me out thanks.

I added a new email address for my paypal account but this email address is not set to primary, can other user send money to this email address?

Ex:

email1@email.com (primary)
email2@email.com (new added, can user send money to this address?)

Another thing is why the email support from Paypal doesn;t respond? I email them several time using the help contact customer service form and I always got auto reply asking me to call, why can't they just simple reply the email??? I am not living in US so calling might be a problem to me.. Any other way to get them??

PayPal is a headache sometimes!

They froze my account lately because of "Unauthorized Access to your Credit Card Account" and asked for Documents. Whereas I funded my account myself

Yes, I think you CAN recieve money through the new added email.

Cant call em. Costs too much to call from Middle East to US

Email them. They answered me in a day mostly. But yes, depends on what the question is, general question takes less time to be answered.

They have a pretty detailed help area, but definitely call if you are in the US.
