So you're trying to sell a business with no assets, only liabilities? Must keep one customer onboard without paying? And you want someone to pay for this 'privlidge'?

So basically your asking someone to pay you $350 to host your site. Nice strategy

No offense but 100 a month thats not much at all. Its all about how much revenue your site is making. I suggest spending some time on your design and start an affiliate program to get new members. Once you have a min of 50-100 clients that pay on a monthly basis then sell your site. The index page is nice but needs a little work. Work on the design and market the site. If your looking for a quick sell try selling on ebay.

I think I get more than 100 hits from spiders and search engines each month and I dont even chase hits currently. My current hits for June are 271 and I have never advertised anywhere or added myself to search engines? 100 a month is not good, sorry.

We're talking about unique visitors, not hits. Hits is the number of request to your server within the given time period. That is totally different from unique visitors. Unique visitors is the number of different ip addresses that visit your site within the given time period. If you get 271 hits a month I'm deeply sorry; hell if you even get 271 hits a day I'm deeply sorry.

If you hit the back key I feel you would still have to submit the request again. You still have 3 minutes to edit your post.
