how do we make the 2nd box accept mail in case the main server goes down?

we have a dedicated box (RHE3+Cpanel) and want to setup a backup mx server on another cpanel box (a reseller account) what's the best way to set this up?

Hello,
If you want to setup backup MX record for a domain you need this configuration minimum.


DNS Server Which will host the zone file
|
---- Mail Server One with MX record Main 0 or 10 ( some lower number)
|
---- Mail Server Two with MX record Backup 20 (some higher number then first one )

how do i setup the backup mail server on the second server... in otherwords how do i setup the 2nd box (WHM/Cpanel) to accept mail in case server 1 goes down.
