I was reading the Journal today and it said that this year 35% of online buyers were extremely satisfied with their online purchases. How crappy is that... Only 35%.
The speculation on this is for the following reasons
1) No free shipping this year
2) Cut backs on all areas of support / service
This doesn't look good at all for us. Someone needs to hit our customers upside the head and tell them to make people happier.. The same way we make them happy =)
