Server Matrix server is slow right now in Southwest area. Websites can hardly be accessed because they are so slow.

you may want to post traceroutes and pingplotter screenshots so we can diagnose the problem.

No problem from Singapore. It looks like some network issue outside of the SM datacenter which might be causing the issue. Wasn't there a tornado that went through some of the states in the US yesterday ? That could have caused some issues.

Our ticket system runs on a Servermatrix box. It has been sort of laggy on occasion, but nothing I would classify as unacceptable.

We are getting 65% packet loss at the moment, and it is one the SM side. I have tested pings from several countries and datacenters and we are getting the same problem. We are not SM but ThePlanet, so I'm quite surprised at getting these problems for almost 5 hours now (thats only when I started noticing it).

We are located at: car4-1-v1.dllstx2, I've been talking with a TP technician and he tried replacing the cable which made no difference. So he thinks it has something to do with our firewall config. I don't think this is the case, as when we ping from the server to another location we get the exact same packet loss. So we will have to investigate further.

It is not likely the firewall or the cable as I have no problems getting to both of your URLs. There is no lag or no loss packets here.
Try http://www.tracert.com and do several traceroutes from different location and see if you get the same results.http://www.batchimage.com - Offering Batch Image Processing and TIFF/PDF Software Solutions
