Miva Merchant Fatal Error On Checkout After Ensim 4.0 Upgrade
We have a VPS Server hosted by Webreseller.net. Last week it was upgraded to Ensim 4.0 from 3.5. Since that time one of our site running Miva Merchant has had a fatal error on checkout. It occurs when the customer enters their credit card information and hit Submit. The following error occurs:

Error Code: MER-DTB-00424
Description: Unable to free RSA key
The Payment Module in Miva Merchant is Credit Card with Simple Validation, no processor module is installed.
This site ran without problem before the upgrade. Webreseller.net can't locate the problem and contacted Ensim who blames the problem on Miva. The Miva Install and Upgrade to 4.22 was done through the Ensim Control Panel and no additonal modules have been installed.
I added a Check Payment method to the site and was able to complete the checkout process without problem, so it's definately related to the Credit Card with Simple Validation Payment Module.
The only other error I found was when I try to run the Payment Configuration Wizard, I get the following error:
Runtime error in /Merchant2/4.22/lib/mbs.mvc @ [00000001:0000003e]: Line 26: MvCALL: Unable to open URL 'https://mmp.miva.com/billing/gw/gw.mvc': Unable to load '/home/virtual/site3/fst/lib/libssl.so.2': /home/virtual/site3/fst/lib/libssl.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Webreseller.net has informed me the will not support the Miva Merchant install even though it's bundled as part of the Ensim Control Panel and the licence was supplied by Webresller.net.
Can anyone help with a solution to the problem? If not can anyone recommed a reseller hosting provider that supports the products it sells.
Did you ever find a fix for this? We had the exact same thing happen. The only difference is that our customer uses Card service/link point for payment. They are getting the order, but they are the only ones. no email notification to either parties. The paypal module does appear to be working though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
