Hi all,

Some of my client on server can not receive POP3 mail by Outlook Express.

When I use "Rebuild/Fix Mail Dbs/Boxes " on WHM to fix I get this:

Incorect mode on mailbox /home/ftsvn/mail/fts-vn.com/hr/inbox.lock (0644).. fixing
Incorect mode on mailbox /home/ftsvn/mail/fts-vn.com/hr/.cppop.cache.msgs (0600).. fixing
Incorect mode on mailbox /home/ftsvn/mail/fts-vn.com/hr/.cppop.cache (0600).. fixing
Incorect mode on mailbox /home/ominaco/mail/omina.com.vn/nguyentutam/inbox.lock (0644).. fixing
Incorect mode on mailbox /home/phucuong/mail/tubanghe.com/contact/inbox.lock (0644).. fixing

How to fix this?

this should fix it.

otherwise tell him NOT to login to his pop3 and delete the index.lock files and tell him to relogin to his email again.
