Comments on Black Lotus?
Looking at Blacklotus and wondering if anyone could comment on their uptime and support.
The offerings look well priced, however just wanting to get some feedback on them.
Thanks in advance.Bill Kish

I'm not a customer of BLCC but actually work for a competitor of and I've only heard good things about them. They actually strive to make the customer happy which is more than can be said for most companies

I've commented recently that I don't as of yet have a server with Blacklotus, but I do have webhosting. If things go sour with my current provider or I find a need for growth I'll probably be getting a dedicated box with them too.
I personally haven't had any problems with downtime, and their support staff is right on the ball. My questions were addressed quickly and they fixed my problem before I even realized it

Jeff (deathnova) runs a stable network. We have a few servers there and for the most part have nothing but good things to say. I know you wont regret the decision if you choose them .

Well, from what I've read, they have quite a system in place for it.
