    Uh huh, i bought five (5!) 12-packs of Pepsi for only $10! They are regularly $4.69 a piece!

    For all us English out here does someone want to explain what Memorial weekend is about please? this is our spring bank holiday, I do not know if it has any meaning beyond that?

    What is a spring bank holiday?

    Memorial Day is when we celebrate, remember and pay tribute to our Veterens/military past and present. Its a 3-day weekend of bbq-ing, parades and celebration. Its also kinda like the unofficial day of all public swimming pools opening.
