My form seems to be able to reach some people but not the rest, if I put receipient at Hotmail, cant reach, at my ISP also cant reach, but receipient at other domains can. Anyone know why? Do I need to reverse DNS my form IP and assign MX records?

sometimes you need to have reverse record for the IP for some mailservers to accept.
also make sure hotmail and your ISP's domain aren't added by mistake on the server you are sending mail from which might loopback into theserver.
check mailbox and see the error msg
