Verio.com does not seem to offer much.
7.5 GB of monthly data transfer
    250 MB diskspace
    20 configurable POP/Webmail e-mail accounts
    20 mail forwards
    20 autoresponders

that for $24.95 a month. seems a bit pricey if you ask me. I offer 15Gb transfer, 700Mb space, Unlimited EMail Accounts, Mail Forwarders, Autoresponders for $7.50 a month. But its up to you, as long as you do not choose hostingu.com . They do not answer email or phone support. Their server has had some downtime recently. Good Luck Oreo

Your shameless self promotion belongs here

Your complaint about hostingu.com belongs in a new post.

Verio may not offer a lot but they also are very stable and offer a good sla.

Windows OS does not support PHP but Linux OS support PHP and ASP so you should choose Linux or Unix
