I am one of their resellers for Windows with Coldfusion.
I only have about 5 accounts with them so far, but I am fairly happy although getting tech support is kinda hard. Can anyone tell me more about them so at least I know what to expect??
To be perfectly honest, I did not really NEED any serious tech support and the prices are very fair for windows and coldfusion. The control panel is quite unfriendly, but, as I said, as of yet I have not had a problem with their services except for the tech support.
I've been managing 3 sites on Stokia for five years and I've always thought tech support was excellent. My sites were ASP/now ASP.Net with Access/SQLExpress plus I run PHP/MySQL vbulletin forums on them. On the six occasions I've contacted support by email, they answered < 24 hours, most of the time < 3 hours.
On about 12 occasions, the site was inaccessible for a few hours so I wouldn't recommend them for a critical corporate site but for non-critical, they are fully-featured and very reasonable on prices.
