I am a reseller and I was wondering, I look at other websites and when someone runs out of bandwith it says something like Bandwith Exeeded or when suspended "Website Suspended" its always the same, anyway to change that?

Perhaps you can ask you provider to turn that option on for you.
That feature is standard on all reseller accounts.

Why would you want to change that, when you can turn the disadvantage into an advantage? For example....
Make your packages with 10% more bandwidth than your hosting plans offer.
Tell your clients (in your welcome letter) that you understand there are "peak periods", so you allow up to 10% extra bandwidth to help them out during those times.... but if it continues for 3 months, that is growth, not peaks, and they will need to upgrade to a higher bandwidth plan.
First, what you get is happy customers who tell their friends what a great host you are because you care about your clients' needs. We all know that kind of advertising is not only the best, but priceless!
Second, it has cost you little or nothing, since most people don't use much of their monthly allotment anyway.
Third, if a client does happen to go over, even use the extra 10%, they're not so mad about getting shut down and will probably upgrade quickly to be on the safe side from then on (more money for you every month).
Fourth, if you can watch the usage and let them know they're approaching the danger zone (reminding them that includes the generous 10% extra you've allowed), often they will thank you and just go ahead and upgrade right then.
