Free,reliable web hosting...
Hello Internet People
Can someone advice me a free, reliable web hosting...
Free and reliable dont go together, if you dont mind waiting illusionfxnet.com is the best that I have seen, if you have a domain 500mb space and unmetered bandwidth kept reasonable
Try asking the same question over at freewebspace.net/forum.
I used Netfirms free hosting back in 2002 and they were very good IMO.
You could always use the Search:
feature. Or try google.com and searching for something like "free web hosting". Most free hosts are not reliable, but some are. I'd reccomend spending some money to get a quality reliable hosting provider...
If it's nothing critical, Geocities and Tripod can meet your needs as long as you don't need all the extra features.
Otherwise, at the least, be prepared to put out $20 to $30 a year for a very small hosting account
I wound't recommend Geocities or Tripod.
You will be bombarded with all the ads that your potential users wound't want to see, and it might in a way or another turn negative on your website.
I recommend a paying a few bucks per month. There are many budget hosts out there that are more reliable & better server performance than free hosts.

I am looking to your suggested variants!
Someone also advised me to use freewebtown.com
What is it in fact? Can someone explain me?
Can someone show me his/her web-sites using this or that free web hosting???
www.4fh.uni.cc they have good plans
I'm sorry, but I no longer host my websites at netfirms. You could just do a search in google for "netfirms" to find websites hosted by them. Hint: look for websitename.netfirms.com
Webhostingtalk isn't the place to ask around for free web hosting. Try
www.freewebspace.net/forums and ask the members there; they'd jump to tell you where to go.
