Code stealers
I'd like some opinions on whether people think that http://www.helpdeskinflash.com/helpd...cket/login.asp looks remarkably like my own http://www.intouchmedialtd.com/webdesk1/index.asp ignoring the actual overall look.
Look at the querystrings used, the format of the different sections etc. (my online demo is a bit further along in terms of features now - the version they're selling seems to be from code I was releasing just over a month ago or so but the similarities are still there)
I think they've stolen my code and repackaged it in a flash movie

Do you have your code copyrighted? If so, contact their upstream.
I think you should seriously consider encoding your software. I am only familliar with PHP encoders such as Zend and ionCube, but I'm sure there must be some for ASP.

Theres nothing in asp except wrapping it in a dll, which can be more of a pain. My code is copyrighted. Can anyone find out who there upstream is - Im not sure what Im looking for.

Seems to be: http://worldispnetwork.com
I'm not sure how you are going to manage to prove that it's your code though, nobody can really force them to show the source just because it looks like it might be yours, tricky one.
