Expedia seems to have pretty good prices. I've booked through there many times.

If you have a frequent flier deal with an airline, you'll often get more miles by booking through that airline's website. If you don't have frequent flier miles, go for Expedia.

last trip I used Expedia. Though that reminds me of what happen at the airport... we where on the plane (Delta), and for some reason they made us go off (before it started). Found out something was wrong with the plane. I didnt feel so safe flying after that =/.

Expedia is a very good, honest, company. I've used them twice and never had any problems.

I'm not a big fan of Expedia/Hotels.com/Hotwire.com because they are all owned by the same folks who own Ticketmaster, which I don't choose to support any more than I'm forced too.

You can add citysearch.com/match.com/lendingtree/entertainment.co to other sites owned by them, as well as the Home Shopping Network.

What's wrong with Ticketmaster? I use them all the time. Not a fan of event monopolies?

Only TicketMaster (shafter?) can turn a $23.00 ticket into a $40.00 ticket after "convenience" charges and "processing fees"

I guess the convenience being that they allow you to do business with them, and the processing fees cover the costs of running the operation. Makes you wonder where the $23.00 goes, we know it doesn't go directly to the artist.

Even if you buy at the venue a lot of times they will have a $2.50 processing fee for ticketmaster...Ticketmaster doesn't even pay those people, they are venue based...bah. Don't get me started.

I used to like Hotwire.com, until I realized who owned them. I'm flying out in roughly 5 hours, and used CheapTickets.com. Their corporate website (tripnetwork.com) is a index listing, gotta love that.
