I own a rather large store..well over 3000 products. anyway i come online this morning and try to pull up my website.. Gave me the error can't conect to database. So i go to my cpanel account and the entire database is gone. As a store owner and business man i can not have this continue. I have had quite a few problems with you. Your phone number listed on your website is not in service. You are NEVER online for online support. I tried and talked to some sales person and they completly ignore me. I am asking you for a refund. I can not have this and run a successful business. It has not been a month as i signed up on 05-11-04. So please get intouch with me to discuss this further.
O yeah and the ticking system - must not work. I sent a ticket in about a week ago and it still hasnt been responded to. So where is the support? I cant seem to find it....
Just FYI, if the mysql db doesn't show up in Cpanel, it doesn't necessarily mean it's 'gone'. If mysql is down on the machine, it won't show up there and will give the errors you describe. If they get mysql up again, it should reappear.
I'm hosting at there company already 3 sites. I get good support (email answer of half hour usually), chat was not online at the start but then i use it for five times already with fast answers.
I get good answers usually.
Why do you say they are not good?
I have noticed that they had some problems for examples:
1. One domain dod not had dns a record after account activation. I needed to talk with them and than they solved it.
2. I just met a down time of my site once and they said they were installing new features on the server and restarted apache.
3. Parked domains are with extra payment.
But still I think my site is going up fast (i think) and they are dealing with the problems. I think they are going through some changes this period and not all is stable.
