Yes it can be , it can run for unlimited domains using the Mailenable Standard or Professional Edition. Diff between the two is that Prof edition cost money but have web based admin as well as web based email.

I think standard you are not able to send attachments with. At least thats what I thought. Under Prof features it states " Add attachments to email", and I don't see that on Standard.
And yes you are able to run it on SBS
