    phpmyadmin access

Is there a way on cpanel/mysql/phpmyadmin installation
for users to login directly to phpmyadmin

or other words - is there a way for example for authorized DB users to log in not using a main user/cpanel login/psswd combination?

If there isnt a way, just put up phpmyadmin in the docroot for the hostname so they can access it http://ip/phpmyadmin . If you're going to do that, you might think of adding an Alias in the httpd.conf so they can access it without having to remember the ip.
Why do they call them fingers? I never seen them fing. Oh, there they go.
