Had experiance of exo before, and this comes as NO surprise
NO domain
NO computer
lets work this out
Standard Version
$24.95 yearly w/ upgrades and support
$39.95 lifetime w/ 1 year of upgrades and support
Something smells fishy to me , Turn around and run as quickly as you can.....

ya something is a little fishy exo is quite well known so I would imagine they have sold atleast 50 or so licenses so how they cant afford a domain i have no idea the computer part i can see maybe hardware died or maybe a virus hit them but not having their own domain something is really weird!

Its in the redemption period.
It will cost them a hell of a lot, or they can wait till it drops back to public domain....
However, someone else could grab it.

I'd give them a few weeks to get their act together since they did post that they have a new site a couple days ago.

Bugger,
I am actually interested in this software.
The normal link to the demo does not work
I tried http://exocontrol.rwjd.com/demo/ and get a licence error.

Yeah, the license you receive for the software only works on a specific domain... so I think when they moved sites they didn't update the license yet . Hopefully they get the demo up soon. I am pretty excited about V.3 if it really is coming out.

exocontrol was a flop. He made lots of promises and kept to none of them. They've been planning to release v3 for yonks but lets face, its not going to happen. I can imagine the lovely support they must provide if they don't even have a computer.

All I can say is stay away from ExoControl,
Not only is he in a **** load of debt, he also screws over his mates in order to pay his mortgage.
He currently owes me $150 which is obviously never going to be seen again, the reason he doesnt have a cc is probably because no one would give him one.
Either that, or he doesnt have $10 to his name, I have numerous emails about his "depressed mood" and how there bairly surviving etc, but its been about 8 months and excuse after excuse

Gotta be skeptical.
There are at least 5 game control panel products ongoing right now, and they all either suck or will never be released.
Good luck - I hope someone can get it right."The only difference between a poor person and a rich person is what they do in their spare time."

oh, if you were referring to exocontrol then yes it is half-life only (not sure what control panel you were asking about)
