Hi all ( plz bear my english)
i signed up with hosting compagny that offer reseller plans..i did it yesterday friday...when i made payement the form doesn't wait untill i finish to fill all fields mean i didn't put my email adress where i will receive their" welcome email and confirmation"...after i put bank card code, name, adress i get another page telling" thank you for you order and asking me to write email if i didn't put my name and email with desired login and pass.
well..i write them the first email i did'nt get respons, then another email, then another email without result. i tryed ther messenger they are not online...today also they are not online and they didn't replayed to me, in their website i can read : (Live Customer Help , 24/7 E-mail Technical Support , Time is Money) but wher are they? if i made paiement friday and they aren't behind their business for 3 days ?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think and they must know that if someone want other respect him he have to respect himself first.

i thnk its very easy to guess the compagny name in the title of my post...only i don't want be bad one now untill i know what will happen with them, and i promise you they will see the hell if they try to do bad thing with my credit card.
actually my post is for them because i know they come to this forum and also for users of this forum to have idea about them.
Well i got my confirmation email ...i don't know what happened to them for 2 days but they are usually online now..they are very freindly and they give me lot of time for support...it s good begining.
i said i don't want to be bad one and wait a while ..so now i can say i am sorry if i was little rude in my last posts .
I don't really come to this WHT to play guessing games and I know for sure I don't know every host out there.
Guessing about some host that is in some way related to "EZy" is something I will not do. Its possible for me to come to the wrong conclusion and I would not play with a company's rep in such a loose way.
Either you have an issue/review/remarks/opinion (whatever) about a company or not. IMHO it doesn't help anyone unless you are articulate and specific (give the name of the company).

i am not that kind of person who come to insult compagny when he has a little problem with them or to present them as bad compagny because he is a concurent or something...
then i didn't say compagny name when i had problem and i didn't say it when it was resolved and descover they are good compagny: i don't make advertissement for anyone.
i sent this topic first time when i didn't say them online so i used WHT because i know they come here.
Whether you meant to or not, you have now cast a doubt over those companies with domain names that contain EZY or forms of it.
This is not a nice thing to do and could cause them to loose a few sign ups with out justification. Please do not use your lack of understanding the English language as a cause of misunderstanding your post as it was clear by the title of your thread and by your own admission that you meant to incriminate a company with EZY in it's domain.
Please in future think before you do anything like this.

ok, i will do but i notice you took my topic as an insult for the compagny...NO, i only said i have problem because i didn't receive respons for 2 days ..i was very angry and felt i am not respected .
All it is right now and i am very happy with them espeacially i contacted their new datacenter and got favorable respons about them.
anyway I am so sorry if my topic caused problem .Maybe i will write topics in my mother tongue next time
first , let me say this company can be number 1 if they make one more little effort to replay quikly of users that need support...(sometime it take 24h before getting respons) but they have great support and resolve all problems and if you are online with them they give you all the time untill you are happy...i know they had problems with their ex datacenter but now all is ok and i thinki made the good choice when i signed up with them .
the compagny is E-Z-HOSTING.
