I have been using Plesk for almost 2 years now and I must have to say I now have a huge distaste for this control panel. Their back up systems is horrible. I have a site that was backed up on RH 7.2 Plesk 6.0.2 and I can't restore it because I'm now using RHEL3 Plesk 7.0.2. They seem to keep their backup management poor so people will pay 4psa for their backup utils. I'm now going to switch to DirectAdmin.
You can't restore Plesk 6 to Plesk 7. Restoring between versions has never been possible. Plesk's backup utils rock. Show me a cpanel script that can tar up a server or particular accounts on a server that can be restored on another server.

We have been using plesk for 3 years now... I also helped plesk in development when I worked at Dialtone Internet , now interland. Plesk's backup utils are great and secure. Yes, some things are a pain, however, from all the control panels we have for our clients (CPanel, Plesk, Direct Admin, Ensim, and more), plesk is always the most stable.
