how to activate round robin on a dns server?

is it simply done with the following config in the zone file?

yup, thats it. you may want to adjust the TTLs though. Set them low enough that if you have an extended outage, one of the IPs can be removed.

A good TTL (time to live) for round-robin is typically between 30 seconds and 5 minutes. I like 2 minutes myself.

2 minutes is good Round-robin TTLs (time-to-live) are set low so that they're not cached in name servers for too long, in the case of an outage like others have said.
